Individual counselling

At Magnolia, we offer individual therapy that is focused at providing practical, supportive care that meets you where you are. Sessions are tailored to your individual needs, offering space to talk, reflect, and make sense of what’s been feeling difficult.

We work collaboratively with you to explore patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and support emotional wellbeing during times of stress, transition, or uncertainty. Our approach is thoughtful, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based practice.

Appointments can be accessed privately, through a GP Mental Health Care Plan or Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Our Process

Book Your Appointment

You can make your appointment via phone or email. Once you have made your first appointment, we will ask you to complete some registration forms that will be emailed to you. If you have a referral, you can email this to us to put on your file.

Your First Appointment

Your first appointment is an opportunity to meet Rebecca and talk through what has brought you in, in a calm and supportive space. If you have a GP referral, will notify your GP that she is supporting you, so that’s one less thing for you to worry about.

Working Together

Ongoing sessions are guided by your goals, with continued support and practical strategies to help you move forward. If have a GP referral, we will also keep track of your sessions and let you know when a review or updated referral is needed.
